Mark Fleming has been a student and teacher of Raja Yoga for 30 years. He teaches meditation, and facilitates courses and seminars on self development topics. Mark particularly strives to find both the spiritual significance as well as the humour within daily events.

 We can help create peace in the world by finding it within ourselves.

Step 1 is identifying what steals our calm.

Beneath our daily worries is a core of stillness—our best self.

By reconnecting with that inner calm, we become stronger and learn to choose peaceful thoughts over
