Gopi Patel is an international speaker and has been practicing Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris, for over 40 years. She travels extensively. She has over 25 years of experience co-ordinating projects, seminars, workshops and giving exceptional Talks.

Unless you know yourself, how can you know about anything.  Knowing the self is something wonderful.  Every moment is a great opportunity to learn more about yourself.
