Mental health issues can come in many guises and sometimes in unexpected ways, but one of the most common results is that they can really knock our confidence. When we lose our confidence, we also lose our trust, both in ourselves and in others. By learning to find the peace and love that really does exist within the self, the mind can start to feel cool and calm and confidence can be restored.
