Mark Fleming has been a student and teacher of Raja Yoga for 30 years. He teaches meditation, and facilitates courses and seminars on self development topics. Mark particularly strives to find both the spiritual significance as well as the humour within daily events.
The mind is our most sensitive instrument of perception, expression and experience. But just as people take more care of their skin than their liver because they can’t see their liver, we often don’t give our invisible minds the loving tender care it needs. It needs nourishing, nurturing, protecting and cleaning. What are the things we need to do and to avoid in order to deeply care for the health of our minds?
This talk is dedicated to the World Mental Health Week, which is from 10th to 16th October.
This talk is taking place in house and also being live streamed online via the usual Sunday Talks Zoom link
