Katy has been a student of the Brahma Kumaris for 10 years. She is a trained yoga teacher and works mostly with children with special needs; having a passion to go beyond the physical limitations and creating space for all to reach their full potential, whatever that may be.

Sometimes you have to let go of the life you thought you wanted in order to make room for the life you are truly meant for.
