Natalie Steel

Natalie has had a varied career in banking, television and social services working with people with learning disabilities. For the last 11 years she has dedicated her time to co-ordinating activities for the Brahma Kumaris in Loughborough.

Life is becoming increasingly busy with so many demands put upon us. This can be a challenge in itself. What can we do to manage this more effectively?
