A four week introductory course on the gentle art of relaxing the mind and cultivating inner peace.
The ancient art of Raja Yoga (Royal/Highest connection) is both a practice and education in how to reset our minds through greater self-awareness. The course provides insights with meditation skills to help support management of stress and anxiety experienced in daily life.
This four week course is for self-empowerment. Each lesson is an awakening to our inner spiritual truth.
