This is an in house course only – Starting Mon 15th May ~ 6:30pm – 7:45pm and then 22nd 29th May and 4th Jun at the same time.
At the heart of the Brahma Kumaris teachings is the Foundation Course in Raja Yoga meditation. This course provides a practical understanding of how to live with a higher, peaceful & loving awareness and experiencing meditation as a method to change your thinking and feeling. The 4-part series of classes in this course are held once-weekly and will facilitate your inward journey in a reflective and experiential way. In-house only & no booking required.
