Neville Hodgkinson

Neville Hodgkinson is a writer and journalist who worked as medical and science correspondent of several national newspapers in the UK, including The Sunday Times, Sunday Express and Daily Mail. He also began training with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University with whom he has now been a student for thirty-eight years. He has lived and worked at their Global Retreat Centre in Nuneham Park, six miles south of Oxford, for the last twenty seven years.

Walking on uneven ground means stepping out of your comfort zone, and doing that builds strength and stability. It expands capacity and resourcefulness even though it is difficult and uncomfortable. Finding balance is essential for our health and happiness and for managing stress and reaching our potential.
