Art of Living is an online, facilitated dialogue series aimed at deepening our understanding of our own qualities and wisdom through group dialogue based on the practices of Raja Yoga Meditation. The aim is to explore how we can live by these qualities meaningfully for ourselves and to practically apply them to change our circumstances.
Our reading this week explores the dynamic of our relationships with ourselves and others. It offers 5 ways that we can uplift our consciousness and live in harmony with others.
This event is open to individuals that have a regular practice of meditation and have completed at least one course at a Brahma Kumaris centre.
Each week we will take up one particular theme to explore. Our facilitators will read relevant extracts presenting ideas and solutions for the theme from popular resources based on Raja Yoga teachings that will be discussed by everyone in a group.
