This is an in house only meditation session, that will include guided meditations, facilitated by an experienced meditation instructor. The meditations are based on Raja Yoga and give you the opportunity to a learn practices to develop a calm and peaceful mind. This is an opportunity to enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the Lighthouse Retreat Centre whilst enjoying the simple but effective meditations, along with other like minded people
