DESCRIPTION:An in-house monthly discussion group for men exploring different topics each meeting.\nFROM MONOCHROME TO TECHNICOLOUR\nYou’re living in emotional greyscale\, but want a fully lived\, vibrant experience of life.  Guarded\, analytical and disconnected – your monotone scripts play on repeat\, but You seek high definition\, nuance and depth. In this event for men\, we will expand our emotional range through bodyscan\, conscious breathing and visualisation techniques to restore full-spectrum aliveness and grounded masculine presence.\nLight refreshments will be served at 6pm with the programme starting at 6:15pm.
