Speaker

Neville Hodgkinson

Neville Hodgkinson is a writer and journalist who worked as medical and science correspondent of several national newspapers in the UK, including The Sunday Times, Sunday Express and Daily Mail. He also began training with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University with whom he has now been a student for thirty-eight years. He has lived and worked at their Global Retreat Centre in Nuneham Park, six miles south of Oxford, for the last twenty seven years.

The last time someone was kind to you or helped you with a task you found daunting, how did you feel?  The last time you gave up your seat to someone who needed it more or shared your skills, how did you feel?

Kindness not only makes the person on the receiving end feel good, but it also makes you feel good!  Evidence shows that kindness improves your mood, well-being and happiness.

Can you chose being kind over being right?  Even when you don’t feel like it?  Even to unkind people?  Join us to understand why kindness matters and how to bring more kindness into your life.

Join Neville Hodgkinson who is both an author and a journalist.
