born in Malawi, Africa, with an Indian background and brought up in London and Oxford, England. Yogesh has been a Personal Development trainer and workshop facilitator for over 30 years, presenting many hundreds of seminars, workshops and courses for businesses, hospitals, universities, youth organizations and local community groups throughout the world.

Spiritual energy is gentle and filled with goodness. It allows us to practically turn our lives around. It shifts our perspective and we see the potential for goodness in the world and in others. Spirituality is about bringing that goodness into my life and being a transformative energy in the world.
