This event is open to individuals that have a regular practice of meditation and have completed at least one course at a Brahma Kumaris centre.
Forgiving yourself is about more than just putting the past behind you and moving on. It is about accepting what has happened and showing compassion to yourself. Learning to face what you have done or what has happened is the first step toward self–forgiveness.
This 4-part online, facilitated series is aimed at deepening our understanding of our own qualities and wisdom through group dialogue. The aim is to explore how we can live by these qualities meaningfully for ourselves and to practically apply them to change our circumstances.
Each week our facilitators will read an extract relevant to the topic from popular resources based on Raja Yoga teachings that will be discussed by everyone in a group.
